How to Top-up/Cash-In to Shopeepay Wallet

In here, we're going to learn how to top-up or cash-in to your Shopeepay wallet for your convenience. But before that, let's first discuss what Shopeepay Wallet is and how helpful it is.

What is ShopeePay?

ShopeePay is Shopee’s new official e-wallet licensed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas that aims to make shopping faster and more convenient without having to use cards or COD. Refunds will now go directly to ShopeePay instead of Shopee Wallet.

Follow these steps to activate ShopeePay:

Step 1: Tap “ShopeePay” on the Me tab. 

Step 2: Enter your personal information such as your name and your ID number, create your personal PIN (used for payment authorization), and you’re good to go!

Now here comes the steps on how to top-up/cash-in directly to your shopeepay wallet.

Step 1: Open your Shopee app.

Step 2: On your dashboard, click "Me" on the lowest right side.

Step 3: Click Shopeepay.

Step 4: Click Top-up.

Step 5: Enter your desired amount. Note that the minimum amount to top-up via Gcash or Coins.ph is 50 pesos while 100 pesos for other payments.

Step 6: Click Payment to choose your payment method.

Step 7: Select your chosen payment method and click 'Confirm' : Payment center/e-wallet, Over-the-counter, Online Payment

Step 8: Click Pay Now.

Step 9: Enter your e-mail address and wait for the successful top-up notification.
